Engagement
Procurement Specification
€18,000
The study says what binds and what relieves it. This is what you send to suppliers: a tender-ready technical specification for one relief, with every duty derived from the capacity model and quoted at your site conditions — then your bids compared in racks and weeks, not only in euros.
- Who it is for
- The engineer or procurement lead who has to send a relief item (for example a power or cooling upgrade) out to suppliers.
- The decision it informs
- What to ask suppliers for, and which bid actually brings the energisation date forward.
- Turnaround
- 12 working days, from a complete intake
- What you receive
- Technical specification (HTML + Markdown), a machine-readable response schedule, and a bid comparison against the capacity model showing what each response does to the energisation date.
What we need from you
- The relief you are procuring and the site conditions it must work at. The intake form is strict: every field is required, and the document is not generated from a partial one.
- After release: the bids you receive, entered on your private deliverable page for comparison.
How it works
- Pay by card; you receive a private intake link.
- Submit the specification inputs; the engine drafts the document.
- A senior engineer reviews and releases it; you then compare your bids on the same page.
What it is not
- One relief per engagement.
- Bids are compared in the engine's currency (EUR). A bid quoted in another currency is disqualified rather than converted, because the engine holds no exchange rate.
- Screening-mode output: it carries its own evidence classes and assumptions, and it is not an issued engineering opinion.
